|1975 - 1984||Zambia||I lived in Zambia with my missionary parents and went to Sakeji School.
Shirley-Anne, Ted and Nigel join the family.
|1984 - 1987||Ajax, Ontario||Did grades five through seven at Lincoln Avenue Public School.
Chrissie joins the family.
|1987 - 1991||Pakistan - Murree, Lahore and Karachi||A different field of service for my parents. I attended Murree Christian School.|
|1991 - 1996||Pickering, Ontario||I did my final year of high school at Pickering High School then did a degree in Computer Science at the Scarborough college of the University of Toronto.|
|1996 - 1997||Ottawa, Ontario||For my first "real job" I worked for the computer systems department of the Human Resources Ministry of Canada's federal government.|
|1998 - 1999||Toronto, Ontario||I did a short stint as a Y2K consultant for Xerox then worked as a software developer for Adexa, then known as Paragon Management Systems.|
|Dec. 1999 - Easter 2000||Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Australia, New Zealand||I traveled around the world.|
|June 2000 - December 2001||Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada||I worked as a software developer for Octopus Wireless, a small startup company that developed sales automation software for Palm handhelds.|
|January 2002 - January 2004||I ran my own Zope hosting consulting company, Lane Street Labs.|
|February 2004 - July 2005||I worked for Lowry Digital Images as a software developer.|
|July 16, 2005||Maria and I got married!! I highly recommend marriage! ;)|
|August 2005 - June 2006||Seoul Foreign School, Seoul, South Korea||I worked remotely (very remotely!) for DTS (formerly Lowry) Digital Images, flying back occasionally to HQ in Burbank, California. Maria worked as high-school teacher at SFS.|
|June 2006 - January 2007||Burbank, California||Worked as an on-site software engineer for DTS Digital Images.|
|February 2007 - June 2009||I worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Ixia.|
My parents are Ray and Terry, and my siblings are Shirley-Anne, Ted, Nigel and Chrissie.
